Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership on Tuesday called for a shutdown to be observed on July 11 against civilian killings in Shopian today.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq took to Twitter to announce JRL decision.
JRL comprises of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik.
Two militants were killed and father of one of the militant died of cardiac arrest.
A youth was hit with a bullet and succumbed later.
