Tral: Suspected militants on Wednesday hurled grenade on the house NC Leader Mohd Ashraf Bhat in Tral area of South Kashmir.

However, no loss of life or injury was reported as grenade exploded in the lawn besides bunker, installed near the main gate of the house

Soon after the grenade attack, police and CRPF reached to the spot and took stock of the situation there.

Meanwhile, NC leader Mohammad Ashraf Bhat told INS that, “such incidents happen due to the back to back actions on civilians in South Kashmir.”

He said that government’s ceasefire is no-where on ground as people suffer constantly due to actions on them.

“Not only me but many others contested elections in past but i don’t know why i am being targeted all the time with grenade attacks,” Bhat told INS.
