Bandipora: A Complete Shutdown is being observed in Sumbal area of Bandipora District in North Kashmir here after Hawker recieved pellet gun injuries during clashes on Thursday.

Witnesses said that all the shops and other business establishments are closed in the Sumbal area as a mark of protest against ‘ roadside hawker being showered with pellets who was selling soyabeans and had nothing to do with the situatin’.

Police had used pellet gun on protesters, College Students, who were on roads against civilian killings which have rattled valley.

Traders Federation Sumbal said that they will continue to protest untill police lodges FIR against cop who fired pellet gun indiscriminately on the hawker.

Abdul Rashid Wani is battling for eye sight at SKIMS, he was shifted to a local hospital for treatment where from he was referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment.

Traders have begun collecting money for Wani saying that his financial conditions are too bad and without assistance he won’t be able to sustain medical care.
