Baramulla : Body of drowned youth was retrieved from river Jehlum at Sheeri area of Baramulla Town in north Kashmir on Thursday while two bodies are still untraced.
The body of Tufail Ahmad Shago son of Abdul Rashid Shagoo of Dewanbagh Bar was recovered by sand diggers at Sheeri Zone on Thursday Morning.
Police told INS that on Thursday one body has been fished out,  while efforts are on to trace out other bodies.
 Officials added that teams of SDRF, Police and Navy has pressed motor boats and divers to trace the bodies of drowned youth after boat capsize in Baramulla.
It is pertinent to mention here that the incident occurred on Tuesday evening, when a boat carrying five persons capsized in the Jhelum after it lost the balance, however timely action of locals managed to rescue two kids.
