5 labourers killed, 8 injured as mud house collapses in Reasi

Srinagar: Five labourers were killed and eight others were injured when an under-construction mud house collapsed on Wednesday evening in Reasi district of Jammu.
Official sources said that the labourers were at worker when the house collapsed at Thub Panansa Nallah in Reasi. While bodies of the dead were retrieved, the injured has been evacuated to hospital. Police sources said that concerned police station has lodged a case and started investigation into it.
The dead have been identified as Manzoor Ahmed, Mohammad Gafoor, Gulzar Ahmad, Ashiq Ali and Muzaffer Ahmad, all local residents.
The injured include Bashir Ahmed, Mohammad Akram , Sadam Hussain, Nazir Ahmed, Mumtaz Ali and Mohammad Mukhtiyar, all residents of Thub.
