Srinagar: Irked by the unscheduled power cuts Ganderbal people are up in the arms which is home to more than hundreds of villages.

According to INS, people accuse that whole Ganderbal is worst hit as people from different areas face the unscheduled power cuts which has grown severe for past few weeks, giving tough time to people especially to the students going to appear in different examinations.
People said that despite repeated requests to concerned officials the situation has not improved so far.
Power Development Department (PDD) does not follow any power curtailment schedule. They resort to power cuts as per their wishes said resident of Lar Ganderbal in central Kashmir.
Despite paying electricity bills on time every month, PDD has failed to ensure adequate power supply said Ghulam Mohammad resident of Watlar Ganderbal.
Reports said that non-availability of electricity in the areas of Saloora, Lar, Watlar, Yenhama, Repora, Waliwar, Chuntwar, Kurhama, Baroosa, Wandhama, Tlmulla and other areas have been irking people.
