Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference led by Syed Ali Geelani on Friday blamed PDP for sell out and entering into “secret deal” with BJP and RSS after “exploiting the freedom sentiments” of people.
In a statement issued here, the Huriyat Conference said that for the lust of power, they bargained against “our political, economic interests and cultural heritage with RSS and BJP.”
Rejecting any role for pro-Indian political parties for resolving Kashmir issue, the Huriyat Conference said PDP’s blame on its amalgam for rejecting dialogue offer: “Pro-Indian parties have no people’s support, hence have no role in resolving the Kashmir issue.”
“All pro-Indian parties are involved in loot and plunder and for their masters in New Delhi exploited the economic resources and political interests of Jammu and Kashmir,” said Hurriyat Conference.
“Resistance leadership enjoy full support of people and our stand about Kashmir issue is unambiguous and clear,” said Hurriyat Conference, adding, “Indian viewpoint is unacceptable as they have no consideration regarding the historical facts of Kashmir dispute.”
Denying any role for PDP and “declaring state administration as Delhi groomed and mere puppets,” Huriyat Conference said that Kashmir is neither administrative related issue nor a law and order problem. “It is an issue related to political destiny of 15 million population,” it said.
Blaming Indian authorities for pushing people to wall, the Huriyat conference said that with their military might and coercive measures they can’t break “our resolve and urged to accept the historical facts of Kashmir issue.”
