CRPF demolishes bunkers in Soura and Saidapora

Srinagar: Decades after being erected in soura Bunker of CRPF is being demolished while another bunker  in Saidapora locality too is being removed.

In soura locality, the concrete banker from 1992, and presently  CRPF 161 Bn was stationed there, is being removed.

Another bunker of same battalion in Saidpora eidgah Srinagar has also been removed.

CRPF PRO on Monday told INS that its a routine matter of personnel ‘rationalisation’ and nothing ‘serious’.
