Srinagar, Mar 25: Secretary Health & Medical Education and Director SKIMS, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Monday convened a review meeting regarding functioning of SKIMS.

The issues which came up for discussion in the meeting included functioning of CT Scan, availability of Isotopes and Biochemical reagents, installation of Wide Bore CT Simulator and shifting of CT Scan from DRDO Hospital to SKIMS.

The Secretary sought the details of various issues concerning working of the institute. He instructed the officers to resolve the issues affecting smooth functioning of the hospital at the earliest so that patient care is not hampered.

Later on, Dr Abid Rasheed along with officers also took on spot visit of the CT installation site.
