Er transferred to 3 places in 48 hrs, Chief Er says: No comments

Srinagar: Can an employee be transferred to three different locations within a time span of 48 hours? yes it can, and has happened in  Power Development Department (PDD).

Official documents in possession of INS reveal that one  Executive Engineer Manzoor Ahmad Dar to three places.

The orders of transfers passed in favour of Dar have come from Principal Sectaries office. .

According to the orders Dar was first transferred from Srinagar to Bijbehara, and then from Bijbehara to Budgam.

The new order in favor of Dar was issued and this time from Budgam to  Pulwama.

The orders have been issued on 26 and 27 October respectively.

When questioned about the veracity and reasons for so quick transfers Chief Engineer PDD Shahnaz Goni passed the buck towards principal secretary.

“The order of posting Manzoor at different three places within a time period of 48hrs is passed by Dheeraj Gupta Principal Secretary to government. It is their choice why they do this,”

When asked about why so quick and what’s so special about Dar, Ghoni said: “I can’t comment anything regarding it.”
