‘Sustainable dialogue’ in valley will have no impact on Army operations

The ‘sustainable dialogue with all stake holders in kashmir’ which has been welcomed by the state government will have no impact on the army operations in the valley.

“The appointment of interlocutor for Jammu and Kashmir will not impact Army operations in the state,”Army chief Bipin Rawat said Wednesday.

New Delhi appointed former Intelligence Bureau chief Dineshwar Sharma as its special representative for a “sustained dialogue” with all stakeholders in Jammu and Kashmir on oct 21.
