 Ganderbal: Protests broke out in Nagbal area of Ganderbal district when a woman  sustained injuries after being hit by an army vehicle near Khalmula area of Nagbal in Ganderbal on Saturday.

A woman, identified as Amina Begum, resident of Khalmula Nagbal was was hit by an army gypsy passing through the area, She was out to buy bread.

She was shifted to SKIMS for treatment and is in stable condition.

Protesting locals have sought action against the erring army driver after assurance of taking action in the case by police situation came to normal.
