Amarnath Yatra: IGP Kashmir issues directions about cut-off time for vehiclular traffic

Srinagar: Inspector General of Police, Munir Ahmad Khan has issued directions regarding the cut-off time for vehicular traffic of Amarnath Yatra on National Highway-44.
According to his directions issued here, the cut-off time at Shaitani Nallah for Baltal-bound and Pahalgam-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1500 hrs and 1530 hrs respectively. The cut-off time at Yatra Transit Camp Mirbazar for Baltal-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1600 hrs and at Yatra Transit Camp Walnut Factory, Levdora, Qazigund for Pahalgam-bound Yatra vehicles will be 1630 hrs.
In the order, IGP has also directed all the concerned officers to ensure that no Yarta vehicle be allowd to move forward after the cut-off time at these palces.
