Srinagar: Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has congratulated Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat and 13 other candidates from Jammu & Kashmir for having cracked the prestigious civil services examinations this year.
The results of the civil services (main) examination were declared yesterday by the UPSC in which around 14 candidates from the State have made it to the prestigious civil services of the country.
In her message to these successful candidates, the Chief Minister said with their splendid success these young boys and girls have made the entire State proud of them. “Their success rather has vindicated my belief in the capabilities and potential of our youth which I have been reiterating time and again”, she said in her message and added that she has maintained it all along that youth of the State are among the best in terms of their capabilities and it is only a matter of opportunity to display those capabilities.
Mehbooba Mufti said she was equally happy to know that these young boys and girls attained this feat with humble backgrounds and without any special support. “Be it Bilal Mohiuddin from Kupwara, Bisma Qazi from Rambagh, Suhail Qasim from Sirhama, Zafar Iqbal from Poonch, Inayat from Darhal, Syed Fakhruddin, Inab Khaliq, Sahil Dhingra, Saqib Yousuf, Faisal Javed, Amir Bashir or Aditya Bhardwaj, they all had similar background but one thing in common – a desire to do something extraordinary through hard work which would make their families and society proud”, she said and asked the young students to take a cue from their hard work and steadfastness.
The Chief Minister hoped that these young officers-designate would carry on with the same urge and serve the State and the country in the same spirit in which they cracked this prestigious examination.
Mehbooba Mufti has conveyed her warm greetings to the families and parents of these successful candidates as well.
