Class work in educational institutions in five districts to remain suspended tomorrow: Govt

Srinagar: According to District Administrations, the class work in various districts of Kashmir shall remain suspended on May 31 (Wednesday) as a precautionary measure.
In Budgam, class work in all Higher Secondary Schools and Colleges shall remain suspended tomorrow, however the staff shall remain present in the institutions, whereas in Anantnag and Shopian districts the class work shall remain suspended in all educational institutions.
Meanwhile, the district administration of Kupwara classwork in all Degree Colleges shall remain suspended on May 31, but University level examinations will be conducted as per the schedule.
The district administration said that class work in Boys Higher Secondary School Trehgaam, Girls Higher Secondary School Trehgaam, Boys Higher Secondary School Kralpora, Boys Higher Secondary School Handwara, Boys Higher Secondary School Banair Langate, Boys Higher Secondary School Qalamabad, Boys Higher Secondary School Kupwara and Boys Higher Secondary School Drugmullah shall remain suspended.
Remaining all Higher Secondary Schools, High Schools, Middle Schools, and Primary Schools will be open in the district.
According to the District Magistrate Pulwama, all Schools and Colleges of the District shall remain closed on May 31, and June 01, 2017 as a precautionary measure. (KNS)
