Sopore: Police had to resort to tear gas shelling after protests erupted in main chowk sopore against braid chopping incident in Khushal matoo area of Apple town early today.
Braid of a Rubeen Begum / w/o Firdous Ahmed Kanna R/0 Khushal Matoo was chopped by unknown persons after knocking her un conscious by ‘some substance they sprayed on her’.
