Srinagar: A civilian was injured after the ceasefire violation was reported at LOC on Saturday.

The civilian identified by police as Mohammd Younis 22, s/o Ab Majid.

“He was injured in Pak firing and has been shifted to Sub District Hospital Mendhar,” police said.

Police said that the firing has stopped in Salotri, Balnoi and Chakkan Da bagh areas while as ‘it continues in Shahpur Poonch’.
