Srinagar: Police on Monday evening said that the paramilitary CRPF personnel, who were injured in grenade blast at Qazigund market in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, are stable.
A police spokesman in a statement said that some unknown militants hurled a grenade on road opening party of 163 battalion CRPF in the afternoon, injuring ASI Ram Raj (No 901121185), constables Sheshi Kant Yadov (NO 125185674), Naresh Kumar (031426865) and Prabunath Patnyk (No 115040342”. The injured were shifted to 92 Base Hospital Badmibagh Srinagar for treatment where their condition is stated to be stable, the spokesman added.
