Srinagar: On the directions of DGP Dilbag Singh (IPS), a Departmental Promotion Committee met under the chairmanship of Swayam Prakash Pani (IPS), IGP Kashmir Zone, for promotion of Head Constables to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors of Executive Wing of J&K Police having lien and seniority with Kashmir Zone.

Swayam Prakash Pani (IPS), IGP Kashmir Zone in his message to the promotes and their families has felicitated them and expressed the hope that the promotion will act as a morale booster and enable the Assistant Sub-Inspectors to work with more zeal and zest.
