A special team of Kathua police Sunday arrested brother of former BJP minister Chowdary Lal Singh in Rajasthan.

Police sources said that Rajinder Singh aka Bobby, who was on run after a case for abusing Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti during Dogra Swabiman Rally in Hiranagar, was nabbed from Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

They added that Special Police Team from Kathua was sent to Jodhpur where they with the help of local police in Rajasthan arrested him.

The sources said he was intercepted using technical intelligence.

He will be brought to Kathua where a case against him stands registered at police station Hiranagar
