Bear kills toddler in Tral

Srinagar: A wild bear has killed a toddler in Midoora, Tral in Pulwama after the beast attacked the kid in his premises.
The four-year-old boy has been identified as Qamar-U-Din son of Muhammad Sadiq of Gujjar Basti, Midora in Tral.
According to KNS correspondent, Qamar was playing in the premises of his home when the bear descended from the nearby forests and wounded the boy critically.
“He was rushed to the hospital in Tral where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival,” a relative of the deceased boy told KNS.
A pall of gloom descended the village the news of the death of the kid spread. (KNS)
