Shopian: Unknown persons fired upon a person in Keegam village of Shopian district of South Kashmir on Saturday evening.

Identified as Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat S/O Gh Mohd Bhat, Age 28.

Ahmad was shot at near his home at Keegam Shopian and has recieved  multiple bullet injures on both legs.

Assailants fleed from the spot, sources said.
