Pulwama, Dec 2: Two youth have been detained for questioning after an assault rifle of a slain militant was allegedly taken away by a youth after the culmination of gunfight at Futlipora Pakharpora.

Police sources told INS that the duo were arrested during nocturnal raids from Karimabad village of Pulwama district

The arrested were identified as Shabir Ahmed Mir and Mudashir Shafi Bhat, both residents of Karimabad.

A police official on condition of anonymity said that duo has been detained for questioning.
