Kupwara: Police on Thursday evening arrested an overground worker of Lashkar e Taiba and recovered arms and ammunition.

Identified as Azad Ahmad Mir, S/o Abdul Ahad Mir of Hangar Mohalla panditpora kupwara, sources said that he was arrested by 30RR and was handed over to police station Kralgund.

“Azad belongs to LeT, and One pistol, one magazine and 5 rounds were recovered from his posession,” sources told INS.
