Massive search operation are under way in over one dozen villages of Shopian and Pulwama districts of South kashmir since Saturday morning.

According to Sources 44RR, 53RR, 55RR, CRPF and Special Operation Group of Police of both districts have cordoned off more than one dozen villages including Keller, Qasbayar, Check, Cb nath, Nadpora and it’s adjacent areas after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

Sources added that door to door search operation is going on in these areas.

The operation comes days after Area domination operation in Shopians more than a dozen villages.
