Srinagar, Mar 26: Manoj Kumar Pandit, Secretary Legislative Assembly, along with Subash Chander, Assistant Director (Security) and Kamran Rather, Deputy Watch & Ward Officer, have been honoured with the Viksit Bharat Active Marshal Award 2026 for their dedicated service and significant contribution to nation-building.
