Srinagar, Mar 26: Manoj Kumar Pandit, Secretary Legislative Assembly, along with Subash Chander, Assistant Director (Security)
and Kamran Rather, Deputy Watch & Ward Officer, have been honoured with the Viksit Bharat Active Marshal Award 2026 for their dedicated service and significant contribution to nation-building.
The recognition was conferred in appreciation of their cooperation and efforts in ensuring the smooth conduct of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament – My Bharat Programme. Their role in maintaining coordination, security, and overall management during the event was widely acknowledged.
