Srinagar, Feb 14: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday paid heartfelt tributes to the brave security personnel who sacrificed their lives in the Pulwama 2019 terror attack, commemorating their courage and dedication to the nation.
