Srinagar, Jan 15: Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”), one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, has successfully concluded its special campaign “Airtel Mubarak” in collaboration with Radio Mirchi across the Kashmir Valley. The campaign marked Airtel’s 21-year journey in Kashmir, celebrating not just milestones in connectivity, but the people, stories and dreams that grew alongside the network.

Rooted in a powerful cultural insight—where every moment of happiness in Kashmir is greeted with “Mubarak”—the campaign went beyond conventional brand communication to spotlight real-life stories enabled by Airtel’s network. From staying connected with families to empowering education, entrepreneurship and passion-led pursuits, “Airtel Mubarak” brought to life how connectivity continues to upgrade lives in the Valley.

The campaign witnessed strong participation from people across Kashmir, with listeners from different regions actively engaging through on-air contests, interactive segments and story-sharing initiatives. Several authentic, heartfelt stories emerged during the campaign—ranging from youth preparing for competitive exams online, aspiring cricketers learning techniques through digital platforms on Airtel Superfast Wi-Fi, to customers sharing how Airtel Safe Network supported and protected them during crucial moments.

Radio Mirchi RJs amplified these narratives by sharing their own “Mubarak” moments, sparking nostalgia around the early days of calls and SMS while drawing a sharp contrast with today’s data-powered lifestyles. Airtel also gratified loyal customers who shared impactful stories, further strengthening the emotional bond between the brand and the Valley.

With enthusiastic participation, meaningful conversations and powerful human stories, “Airtel Mubarak” emerged as a successful, high-impact campaign, reinforcing Airtel’s deep-rooted connection with Kashmir and underlining the transformative role of high-speed, reliable data in shaping the aspirations of the Valley’s youth.
