In a statement issued to INS, KTMF president Mohammad Yaseen Khan expressed profound grief and heartfelt sympathy with the families of the deceased and those injured in the tragic incident. “We stand in solidarity with the bereaved families in this hour of grief and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,” Khan stated.

KTMF said the business community of Kashmir unequivocally denounces all forms of violence and terror acts, irrespective of place, motive, or perpetrator. “Such barbaric acts not only claim innocent lives but also attempt to disrupt the social and economic stability of the nation,” the statement added.

KTMF reaffirmed its commitment to promoting peace, stability and brotherhood, emphasising that no religion or ideology justifies violence or harm to innocent human lives.
