A circular issued by CEO Rajouri It is for the information of Heads of the Institutions of Govt. Schools in general and management of Pvt. Schools in particular that it has been observed that though Transfer certificate stand issued but student has not been kept in drop box, creating hardship for the next school to access the data of transferred student.

As such it is impressed upon all the Heads of the Institutions of Govt. Schools and Management of all Pvt. Schools of this district to put the data of outgoing student in dropbox soon after issuance of transfer certificate as it is not the right of any institution to keep the data pending after issuance of transfer certificate, reads the circular.
