Jammu, Nov 06: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, has expressed his profound grief over the demise of Ashok Kumar, who served as the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir from 17th October 1994 to 9th October 1996.

In his condolence message, Dulloo remembered Ashok Kumar as an able administrator and a distinguished civil servant who rendered dedicated service to the people of Jammu and Kashmir during his illustrious career.

He said that Kumar was known for his integrity, commitment, and administrative excellence, which earned him wide respect among his colleagues and the public alike. The Chief Secretary further observed that the former Chief Secretary’s contribution to public administration in J&K would be remembered with admiration and gratitude.

While expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, he prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.
