Kulgam, Oct 22: Owais Nazir, a young and dynamic healthcare professional hailing from Frisal, Kulgam, has made a significant contribution to the healthcare management field with the publication of his latest book titled “Operational Strategies for Modern Healthcare Leaders.”

Owais is presently serving as Assistant Manager at Paras Hospital, Srinagar, where he has been actively involved in streamlining hospital operations and promoting innovation-driven healthcare practices.

The newly released book delves deep into the evolving landscape of modern healthcare, examining how technological advancements are transforming hospital operations and leadership structures.

It sheds light on the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and telemedicine in reshaping the way healthcare institutions function. These innovations, according to the author, are not just enhancing operational efficiency but are also playing a pivotal role in improving patient care and safety.

In “Operational Strategies for Modern Healthcare Leaders,” Owais Nazir emphasizes that the future of healthcare leadership lies in adaptability, strategic foresight, and the ability to integrate technology seamlessly into everyday operations. The book outlines key frameworks for hospital administrators, healthcare managers, and policy-makers to adopt data-driven decision-making approaches and develop leadership models that align with global standards.

The author also addresses the real-world challenges that accompany digital transformation in healthcare.
