Srinagar, Sep 13: A fire broke out in Pamposh Colony area of Palpora Noor Bagh in Srinagar on Saturday, damaging a residential house and four residential sheds, officials said.

The Fire and Emergency Services personnel, assisted by Srinagar Police and locals, managed to brought the fire under control. Additional fire tenders from the headquarters were also rushed to the spot.

Meanwhile, the officials said that the fire has been brought under control. Fortunately, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.

Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance and the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
