Pak Army violates ceasefire along LoC

Srinagar, May 04: In a series of unprovoked ceasefire violations during the night of May 3–4, Pakistani Army posts opened small arms fire across multiple sectors along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. The targeted areas included Kupwara, Baramulla, Poonch, Rajauri, Mendhar, Naushera, Sunderbani, and Akhnoor.

Indian Army positions responded promptly and proportionately to the aggression, maintaining operational readiness and effectively safeguarding civilian areas and forward posts.
