Srinagar, Apr 14: One person was killed while as ten others were injured in a road accident near railway bridge at Banihal area on Monday.

Officials told GNS that a Tata mobile carrying eleven passengers of two Bakkarwal families of Rajouri while onway to Srinagar turned turtle due to overspeeding near railway bridge at Banihal.

In this incident one person died on spot while as ten others were injured, who were immediately shifted to GMC Anantnag for treatment.

The deceased has been identified as Phoolan G(65) Wife of Hassan resident of Chakmethali of Rajouri.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
