Srinagar, Mar 21: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir VK Bidhuri on Friday said that the Chief Minister has laid the roadmap for 24×7 electricity, stating that public support is must to make it happen.

Bidhuri said that judicious use of electricity will help in reducing the damage to the transformers as well as fire incidents.

He also said that all arrangements are being made to ensure smooth celebrations of festivals.

On being asked about liquor ban, he said the issue doesn’t fall under his jurisdiction but any government decision in this regard will be followed.
