Srinagar, Jan 09: National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah on Thursday said that alliance was not meant for the Lok Sabha polls, but aimed at strengthening the country.

Speaking to the reporters, Farooq Abdullah, as per KNO, said that those claiming that the alliance was formed for the Parliamentary polls only, should come out of thus misconception.

“The alliance was formed to strengthen the country and put an end to hatred within India,” he said.
