He was reacting to the resolution passed in the assembly, seeking the restoration of special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

As per KNO, the resolution was moved by the Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary, which was seconded by the Minister for Health and Medical education, Sakeena Masood (Itoo).

As soon as the resolution was moved, the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a protest and opposed the move.

Soon, the Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather passed the resolution, which triggered the protest further following which the opposition MLAs stormed into the well of the house.
