Sat Sharma has been appointed as the party president.

As per the communique, Ravinder Raina has been appointed as national executive member of BJP.

Raina’s defeat in the recent assembly polls was seen as a big setback to BJP in Jammu region where it won. With this move, decks have been cleared for appointment of Sunil Sharma as Leader of J&K Assembly.

Sharma has played a crucial role in BJP’s victories in Valley where it secured four seats.
