Srinagar, Sep 28: Three army soldiers, a police officer has been injured in an ongoing encounter in Adigam area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday.

A top police officer told GNS that during intial exchange of fire with militants, three army soldiers and a Police officer (ASP) were injured .

All of them have been immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment, where their condition is stated to be stable.

Till this report was being filed, operation in the area was going on.

Earlier, a gunfight broke out between militants and security forces in Adigam area.
