Srinagar, Jul 11: A soldier died in an accident while performing his duty in Eastern Ladakh on Thursday, the Army said.

“On 11 Jul 2024, around 1000hrs while performing his duties, Cfn Sankara Rao Gottapu sustained fatal injuries in an accident.

Indian Army regrets the loss of brave soldier while deployed in Eastern Ladakh”, Army’s Leh-based Fire and Fury Corps posted on X. (Agencies)
