Srinagar, Mar 31: An 60-year-old man was killed on Sunday in a road accident at Pahalgam in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Reports reaching INS said that an accident took place at Batakot Pahalgam after a vehicle hit a pedestrian, leaving him critically wounded.

It said that the injured person identified as Gh Qadir Wani, son of Gh Rasool Wani was taken to SDH Seer where he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered while further investigation has been taken up.
