Srinagar, Mar 11: Director General of Police, J&K, R.R Swain Monday expressed heartfelt warm Ramadan greetings to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, families of martyrs, JKP & Security personnel and their families as the holy month of Ramadan commences tomorrow.
