Srinagar, Mar 04: The schools reopened on Monday after the winter vacations in Kashmir.
Jubilations were seen all around as the students donning uniforms were seen heading towards their educational institutions.
Pertinently, the vacations were extended for three days in wake of the weather advisory till March 3.
