Baraar, Mannat bag 2 medals each in skiing

Srinagar, Mar 03: Kashmir, known for its beauty, is now being recognized in the field of sports as many youngsters have showcased their skills while competing with the young lad from other parts of the country and securing the top ranks.

Be it cricket, football, skiing, martial arts or any other sport, the young generation is making the entire Jammu & Kashmir as well as the nation proud with their talent and skills.

Similarly, Baraar Sajad Qazi and Mannat Sajad Qazi, have showcased their skills and bagged two medals each in skiing.

Baraar Sajad Qazi in J2 category secured two silver medals in Slalom and Gaint Slalom in alpine skiing while Mannat Sajad Qazi (youngest skier) in C1 category bagged two medals in Slalom and Gaint Slalom in alpine skiing.

Mannat is a student of Mallinson Girls School Srinagar.

The siblings have performed well in the skiing and received appreciation from all the participants and the other dignitaries there.

The duo is aspiring to make their name in skiing to make the entire nation proud with their skills and talent.
