Snowfall: All flights operations cancelled at Sgr Airport

Srinagar, Feb 04: The authorities on Sunday said that all the flight operations at Srinagar international airport has been cancelled.

Director Srinagar International Airport, Javed Anjum told INS that all the flight operations have been cancelled due to the bad weather conditions.

Srinagar and other parts of the valley received fresh snowfall today under the influence of Western Disturbance.

In the last 24 hours, Sadhna Top has receorded the highest snowfall of nearly three inches followed by over one foot at Gurez and Machil.

Gulmarg, a famous ski-resort has recorded a snowfall of 8 inches while three inches of snowfall has been recorded in Srinagar in the last 24 hours.
