7 flight operations cancelled as Kashmir receives fresh snowfall

Srinagar, Feb 04: The fresh snowfall in the valley has led to the cancellation of at least seven flights at Srinagar International Airport, official said.

Officials told the INS that in wake of the fresh spell of snowfall, seven flight operations has been cancelled while the decision on others will be taken shortly.

Pertinently, Srinagar and other parts of the Valley continued to receive fresh snowfall under the influence of a Western Disturbance that started affecting J&K from yesterday.

Notably, the weatherman here has predicted the improvement in weather conditions from February 06.
