Jammu, Feb 02: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha released a Book titled “Botany, Research & Horticulture of Gladiolus” authored by Dr. Manoj Nazir, an eminent Floriculture Scientist, at Raj Bhawan on Friday.

The Lt Governor congratulated and conveyed his best wishes to the author and the team associated with the publication.

Meanwhile, Taj Mohiuddin, former Minister and senior leader of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan.

Members of Central Administrative Tribunal Jammu Bench including Member Administrative, B Anand, and Members Judicial – Sanjeev Gupta and R S Dogra met the Lt Governor and discussed several important matters pertaining to the functioning of the Tribunal in the region.

Javid Ahmad Tenga, President, Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry met the Lt Governor and put forth various issues related to the promotion of tourism and trade-related activities in the UT.

A delegation of Shiv Sena led by its J&K President Ashwani Gupta apprised the Lt Governor on various issues of public importance.

Purnima Sharma, former Deputy Mayor, JMC also called on the Lt Governor.
