Srinagar, Jan 13: Kashmir Traders And Manufacturers Federation (Regd) Saturday called upon Dr. Owais Ahmed(IAS) , Commissioner SMC/CEO,SSCL/VC,SDA.The meeting was aimed to welcome Dr Owais Ahmad (IAS) for his new assignment.
