Jammu, Dec 28: Three militants were killed in an encounter with joint team of police and army in Sidra area of Jammu district on Wednesday morning, officials said.

They said the identity of the killed trio was no immediately known and is being ascertained. As per reports, the militants were travelling in a truck and the vehicle was intercepted by the joint team, leading to a firefight. The driver of vehicle has fled from the spot, they said.
